Better late than never right? As try as I might with planning, life always seems to have a better idea…but that’s the best option isn’t it? I would rather change plans and spend time with friends/A/do some activity over having the perfect meal plan…although if BOTH things could happen… ha! Drum roll please….
Week 1: March 1-5

Week 2: March 6-12
Spaghetti and Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey meatballs
Pineapple chicken – Crockpot, with rice and asparagus
Pasta with Sun dried Tomatoes and broccoli
Veggie Chowder – Crockpot

Corned beef and Cabbage – Crock-pot with Boozy Mint Milkshakes (a day early)
Week 4: March 20-26
Beef Stroganoff – we didn’t end up eating it from the week prior
Steak/Beef Brisket – Crock pot
Hoisin Shrimp Stirfry
Week 5: March 27-April 2nd
Pineapple & brown sugar Ham – Crock pot /Easter Sunday; Meal with friends
Turkey Pot Roast – Crock-pot
Chicken over strawberry-spinach salad
Extras: No bake Chewy Granola bars
So for whatever reason I did not take a lot of pictures of dinner this month. I’ve only got three. Three! For the whole month! Hoisin Shrimp Stirfry (in the oven!), and a mish mash of leftovers (large picture on the right).
